Referring doctors can send referrals directly via Healthlink (pglc2sjg) or via emails to Reception@pglc.com.au
For any urgent referrals, please email or call (08) 9388 3125 and I’d be more than happy to personally discuss details and provide advice beforehand.
Alternatively, please fill in this referral form and all referrals will be attended to promptly.
Patients who are referred can be booked for direct access endoscopy at short notice at SJOG Subiaco or Mt Lawley Hospital.
A detailed and comprehensive management plan will be provided to the patient, and correspondence will be returned promptly to the referring doctor.
Complex patients, including those with hepatocellular carcinoma usually require management within a multi-disciplinary team setting, which I am a regular part of at Royal Perth Hospital.
